I'm confused with my dutch heel. My sock is 64 sts and my flap is 32 sts wide. I could do an increase of 1 st and then I'd have 11st on the left, 11st for the center, and 11 on the right. After this point I'm lost. Can you please help me?

You did tell me one thing I haven’t seen on on the videos I’ve watched. I knit Continental and was wondering if I could leave my pearling yarn on the front side, and you answered that question, no, I have to take it to the back. I would love to find more on casting on Continental, etc. thank you.
